To add a seasonal address
Adding a seasonal address allows GiftWrap to swap a pair of addresses after a specific date each year so that the current address is always correct. The seasonal address is the address in the pair that is not currently in use.
You can add a seasonal address for a home address, existing payment address, or existing business address.
1. Open to the Person Information of the person for whom you would like to add a seasonal address.
To add a seasonal home address - part 1
2. Fill in the Expires field on the Home Address tab.
3. Click 
at the top of the Person Information screen. Go to part 2 below.
To add a seasonal payment address or business address - part 1
2. Click the Other Addresses tab.
3. Double-click the address row for which you want to add a seasonal address, such as Payment1.
4. Fill in the Expires field in the Address Information window.

. Go to part 2 below.
To add a home, payment, or business seasonal address - part 2
1. Click the Other Addresses tab.
2. Click 
.
3. Double-click the seasonal address row that you want to add, such as Home - Seasonal.
4. Fill in the desired address information, including the Expires field. If you don't fill in the Expires field, the seasonal address will become permanent once the current address expires and the addresses are swapped.
5. Click , and then click .
